”I question how identities are built. One’s identity is formed because of other identities; it’s what we call relationships; relationships with society, friends, family and lover. One affects the other, one forms the other, one deforms the other, one is trying to be reformed because of the other. I want to record the whole process and represent it by drawings/paintings with a certain situation-like setting, like creating circumstances, the interdependent relationships between these materials and the space surrounding them.”

XIII - PROTOTYPE DRAWING NO.1
Pencil and Charcoal on Wood
244 x 366 cm
2013

I see this prototype drawing as a carrier which contains both my perspective in the whole macrocosm universally and my perspective in the self-microcosm individually. I would like to declare my support in the idea of ‘Absolute Self’ --- s sense that from personal significance of the individual to the whole which signifies transcendental proportions in every individual. I simply consider this as every individual human being, mankind, living creature has the own ‘Minimal Self’, it captures the feeling of phenomenal interiority central aspect of selfhood: the feeling that I, the only I, the particular first-hand mode of access to the goings-on in mind at every very moment. And somehow this private sense of self within every individual stands as a linkage to make a connection with all individuals, from a mere personal identity to the whole ‘Absolute Self’ in transcendental proportions.

All as one; all as whole.

This seems to be my ideal universal condition. However, I have raised the following questions in the process which makes a slightly querying my certainty in this belief.

Anyway here are the questions:

what's being built
a language a perspective a sight a spirit an absolute
individual/universal sense of self or something else totally unexpected
good or evil
healthy or unhealthy
alone or a group a community a society a country a world an universe just a space a second
a belief a religious a lie an illusion
a mirror

I’m not quite sure what do these mean, I might need to review them again and again.
