I have known Tilo for years before finally exhibiting his works in my gallery. Year after year, he would show me his new paintings, shared with me his progress, until finally something clicked and I just had to bring his work to Hong Kong. To me, he is this crazy and fun German artist with a great sense of humour. All of these things are reflected in his work, executed skillfully using all sorts of found paper to create unlikely collage works. There is always something refreshingly funny in his work, which I love.
