TAKA
TAKA is a self-taught photographer and now based in Hong Kong. He moved to NYC in the 90s and learnt to master his photographic techniques. After returned to Japan in 2000, he had worked on different creative projects with many international media. At the same time, he was exploring and taking photos to document life in many countries, also had exhibitions in Tokyo. As TAKA mentions, “photograph makes me free from the words and allow me to express the pureness that conveys from five senses to five senses”. His concept of photography is very natural and honest to what he senses around him. In this exhibition TAKA presents his new works to reveal his own interpretation of the world, especially his impression of Hong Kong.
